BILAL EL HOSS

SENIOR EXECUTIVE OFFICER KBRE (DIFC)

Bilal brings over 30 years of experience in the global reinsurance market, having held senior leadership roles with Nasco Reinsurance Brokers, Guy Carpenter,
and Nasco France. Throughout his career, he has specialized in Marine, Energy, and Aviation lines and successfully established and expanded operations across the GCC and Europe.
As Senior Executive Officer of Kingdom Brokerage Re (DIFC), Bilal leads the firm’s strategic and operational development within the region, reinforcing KBRE’s commitment to delivering resourceful, reliable, and resilient reinsurance solutions.

Roger holds a master’s in business administration from the Lebanese American University and is a certificate member of the Society of Insurance Broking. With a strong background in structuring layered solutions for complex accounts, he brings deep expertise in risk assessment, policy structuring, and client relationship management. He currently serves as Regional Director, heading the facultative business for the group.
